We will meet with you and help you develop achievable running goals and devise an individualized plan just for you. We will cover all aspects of the sport including training principles, injury prevention/management, warmup routine, and strengthening program. We can also provide a pre-running biomechanical assessment and gait analysis and recommend proper footwear prior to you starting out.
